LavenderKiss is pleased to present Birds of the Midnight Garden, three limited edition boudoir gowns for SD10 & SD13 girls. These ethereal gowns evoke a bygone age of languid women whose only occupation was to coif and perfume themselves and lounge in their boudoirs waiting for gentleman callers. Only the most sensual clothing would serve to -- barely -- cover these lovely women. These gowns are made of the softest embroidered netting, sheerest chiffon and most luxurious French lace, and trimmed with hand-sewn Czech and Japanese glass beads, vintage sequins and chiffon and velvet ribbons.

Moonbeam Bird

Moonbeam Bird may seem like a shrinking violet until one notices that she is just barely covered in the sheerest of flesh-toned chiffon. Her gown has a double border of luxurious embroidered and sequined French lace. As with all of the gowns, the collar is set with dozens of Czech beads for sparkle and the collar and waist are accented with Japanese glass flower beads.

Midnight Bird

Midnight Bird is the dark princess of the boudoir. Always poised, she choses her gentlemen friends with great care with an eye to their good looks -- and income. When she enters a room, the layers of floral embroidered netting edged with chiffon ruffles float about her, adding to her mystery. Her chiffon bodice is trimmed with Czech and Japanese glass bead and a dew-covered black rose at her waist.

Starlight Bird

Starlight Bird's gaze shows that she has no doubt of her allure. She is draped in the briefest of floral embroidered net chemises which can be easily slipped into if she has a gentleman caller, and slipped out of just as easily with a tug on the bows of the chiffon ribbon straps. Starlight Bird sparkles with Czech glass beads and vintage sequins across the bust, as well as worked into the embroidery on the front. Accentuating her elegant neck is a lace, bead and sequin choker.
